These conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the above-named company hereinafter referred to as "seller" or "AprilMove" and on the other hand, by any natural or legal person wishing to make a purchase via the website referred to herein. -after "buyer".

OBJECT
These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between the seller and the buyer and the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the merchant site www.aprilmove.com whether the buyer is a professional or an individual.

The acquisition of an item through this site implies unconditional acceptance by the buyer of these conditions of sale. These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific conditions not expressly approved by the seller.

AprilMove reserves the right to be able to modify these conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the buyer.

PROPERTY
The texts and photographs presented on the site are reserved, under copyright and intellectual property rights; their reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited without the formal agreement of AprilMove.

Any establishment of hypertext links to the site without the express authorization of the legal representative of the company is strictly prohibited.

AVAILABLITY :
AprilMove strives to communicate the most accurate availability information possible, delivery times displayed on products being restocked are subject to change without notice and depend mainly on information collected from suppliers.
The availabilities displayed on the site are given for information only and in no way represent a contractual commitment.

PRICES :
The prices of the Products sold on the website are indicated in euros, all taxes included, excluding preparation and shipping costs.

The prices of the items appearing in the catalog at the time of the order will be the only ones applicable to the buyer. These prices do not include order processing, transport and delivery costs. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are invoiced at the end of the order in addition to the products ordered.

The price promotions displayed on the website, communicated in the press, offered by email to people subscribed to the Newsletter or published by various partners, are valid for the period indicated.
Some rate promotions may be subject to promotional codes. These promotional codes cannot be combined and are not refundable.
For the buyer to benefit from them, it is mandatory to register them in the box reserved for this purpose during the validation of the order.

ORDERS
The buyer who wishes to buy a product must:
• complete all requested contact information;
• confirm his order after checking it;
• make the payment under the conditions provided;

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these conditions of sale, acknowledgment of having perfect knowledge of them and waiver of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will constitute proof of the transaction. Confirmation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. The seller will communicate by e-mail confirmation of the registered order.

For security reasons and in order to protect our customers from possible credit card fraud, all orders are subject to verification. Additional information may be requested from the buyer to validate his purchase.

DELIVERY
A shipping date is indicated before the confirmation of the order. This takes into account the availability and/or ongoing restocking of the product. Depending on the carrier chosen, a delivery time is communicated to the buyer. Exceeding the delivery date by 14 days and not due to a case of force majeure, allows the buyer to cancel his order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. The order is considered canceled upon receipt of the letter by AprilMove. The buyer exercises this right for 60 days from the scheduled delivery date. In this case, the refund of the order will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.

Any partial delivery, required by the buyer, of an order containing products unavailable on the agreed delivery date, generates additional costs payable by the buyer.

In case of loss or non-receipt of the package, the buyer, with his tracking number received by email, must notify the carrier of the non-receipt of his order and inform AprilMove. An investigation is conducted with the carrier and may take several days. During this period, no refund or return can be made. After confirmation of the loss of the parcel, from the carrier, the buyer will benefit from the reimbursement of his purchase or the reshipment of his order.

In the event of damage during transport, it is up to the buyer to fill out a complaint file with the carrier and return the item to us.
AprilMove initiates a claim with the carrier and reimburses the buyer within 14 days, if the buyer's claim is registered with the carrier.

PREORDER
A pre-order consists of order an item that is not yet available but whose publication is imminent (less than two months). Your order will only be shipped once all the products are available. If you wish to receive the immediately available products more quickly, you will need to place two separate orders. Your payment is cashed as soon as the pre-order is made on our website. Your pre-order can be canceled during the first 14 days after your pre-order and you will be fully refunded as an order cancellation. Beyond the 14 days a voucher is made to you if you no longer want the pre-ordered item. The "pre-order" is a priority reservation on a product which allows you, as soon as it is available, to be delivered in priority.

PAYMENT
To pay for his order, the buyer has, at his option, all the payment methods indicated after validation of the basket. The buyer guarantees the seller that he has the necessary authorizations to use the method of payment chosen by him, during the validation of the order form.

The part dedicated to online payment of the website is subject to a security system (SSL encryption). Credit cards are debited the same day the order is prepared and not when the order is validated by the buyer. In case of refusal of transaction by the payment centers, the seller reserves the right to suspend the corresponding orders, the buyer will be notified by email or telephone and will have to contact his bank to unblock the transaction.

RECEPTION AND RETURN - WITHDRAWAL
For any distance purchase (mail order sale), the buyer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of the day on which the distance contract is concluded to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or to pay penalties except, where applicable, return costs (art. L 121 of the Civil Code).

The product must be returned in protected packaging so that it does not suffer any damage and remains marketable (costs and risks of return borne by the buyer). If this were not the case AprilMove reserves the right to refuse the treatment of these products. No refund or credit can be made if the product packaging has been opened. If you wish, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Outside the withdrawal period, the administration, handling and delivery costs are non-refundable.

GUARANTEE
All items are subject to a legal guarantee of conformity (L211 1 of the Consumer Code) and a guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code) allowing it to return defective items delivered.

Are excluded from the scope of the guarantee, defects and deterioration caused by wear and tear , by exterior accident (for example, faulty maintenance, shock, lightning, etc.), by use or installation that does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations.

For any return under the warranty, the shipment is the responsibility of the customer and at his risk. The exchange costs are the responsibility of the seller in metropolitan France.

Protective films are a technical product requiring a precise installation operation dependent on the customer, therefore no guarantee is available on this type of product.

RESPONSIBILITY
The seller, in the online sales process, is bound only by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network such as loss of data, intrusion, virus, service interruption, or other involuntary problems.

COMPUTER AND FREEDOM
In accordance with the law relating to data processing, files and freedoms of January 6, 1978, information of a nominative nature relating to buyers may be subject to automated processing. AprilMove reserves the right to collect buyer information including by using cookies.
